Daylight Savings can throw little routines off balance. We have a few gentle adjustments for you from our friends at Tinybeans:
- Shift bedtime by 10–15 minutes each night
- Spend extra outdoor time to tire them out
- Eat a little bit earlier (including snack time)
And most importantly, be flexible with yourself. Take a moment to capture how this week feels, but know that this seasonal shift will settle like it always does.
