Can I pay for a monthly membership?
No — our memberships are on an annual basis only. We do this to give parents one less payment to worry about each month, but break down the monthly price equivalent to give an idea when budgeting for the year.
Can I upgrade my membership during the 7-day free trial?
If you’re a Plus Member and want to explore more, you can upgrade to the Premium Membership. However, changes will not take effect during your 7-day free trial, and will start when the trial ends.
What if I change my mind and want to cancel?
That’s okay, we understand! Just be sure to cancel your membership before your 7-day free trial ends. Learn more here.
Are the gift memberships the same as Qeepsake Plus or Premium?
